Lots of love and thought goes behind each piece that we choose to bring out. We truly hope that you adore your pieces but in the event that they're not right, here is what we can do…  

CHANGE OF MIND

For change of mind, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons under health and safety regulations for ear jewellery.

However, you can have peace-of-mind in knowing that all items you purchase are brand new, not a re-sale of a previously returned item and have never been worn or tried-on.

Please consider carefully before you purchase and feel free to ask us any questions you may have! 

SALE ITEMS

All sale items purchased are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Before we ship out any parcel:

  • We carefully inspect all pieces to ensure that they are in pristine condition
  • We add sufficient protective packaging to help prevent any damage in transit

We will not be held liable for any damage that may occur during transit.

However, we understand that it is disappointing when goods arrive damaged due to shipping. Please email customer_service@tonight-studio.com and we will try our best to offer a satisfactory outcome.
