SHIPPING COSTS & TIMEFRAMES

The below timeframes do not include order processing times. They are estimates provided by our delivery partners. We are not responsible for any transit delays caused by the carriers.

 ORDER PROCESSING

 We endeavour to process all orders within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Whilst we try our best to get all orders out quickly, the above timeframe is a general guideline which is subject to delays. We appreciate your patience. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. These emails may sometimes land in your spam folder, so please don't forget to check that!

 

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

Your order may be subject to import duties, customs and/or taxes which are incurred once a shipment reaches its destination country. They are imposed by the relevant authorities in the destination country and Tonight Studio is not responsible for these charges, in the event they are applied. We have no control over the amount charged and these extra charges are not included in the checkout total on our website.

 

DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT

All items are inspected carefully during packing to ensure they are in perfect condition before we ship it to you. Once the parcel has been forwarded to our shipping carrier, Tonight Studio is not responsible for any damages or loss that may occur during transit. 

We are unable to refund lost parcels. If you think that your parcel may be lost, please contact us at customer_service@tonight-studio.com and we will do our best to help you locate it. As the customer or receiver, you will be responsible for filing any claims with the shipping carrier.

Please ensure that all shipping details entered at checkout are correct. Tonight Studio will not be held liable for unsuccessful shipments due to incorrectly inputted addresses.
